Our website is not an online retail store and we do not currently sell commodities, consumer products, or physical goods directly to consumers through the website.
Accordingly, there are no standard product purchases made through our website for which a consumer refund would ordinarily apply.
Where the Company provides brokerage services, any brokerage commission or other fee is governed by the applicable written brokerage agreement, commission agreement, fixture confirmation, or other commercial agreement between the relevant parties.
Any refund, adjustment, cancellation, or other treatment of a brokerage fee will therefore be determined according to the applicable commercial agreement.

The Company may introduce or connect buyers, sellers, charterers, vessel owners, and other commercial counterparties.
The Company is not responsible for refunding payments made directly between third parties under their own commercial contracts.
Any dispute concerning payments for commodities, freight, vessels, cargo, or other underlying transactions should be addressed between the relevant contracting parties in accordance with their respective agreements.
Where a refund or adjustment is permitted under an applicable agreement, requests should be submitted in writing with sufficient details concerning the relevant transaction.
