1. Nature of Our Shipping Activities

The Company does not operate a retail shipping service and does not directly provide physical transportation of goods to consumers.

Our shipping-related activities primarily involve brokerage and commercial facilitation between relevant parties, including charterers, vessel owners, cargo interests, buyers, sellers, and other commercial counterparties.

2. Shipping Brokerage

Our services may include:

  • Identifying suitable vessels or cargo opportunities;
  • Connecting charterers with vessel owners;
  • Connecting cargo interests with suitable shipping counterparties;
  • Facilitating freight negotiations;
  • Communicating vessel and cargo requirements;
  • Assisting with commercial negotiations and transaction coordination; and
  • Facilitating communication between the relevant parties.

3. Carriage of Goods

The Company does not itself act as the carrier of goods unless expressly agreed under a separate written contract.

The actual transportation of cargo is undertaken by the relevant vessel owner, carrier, operator, or other authorised transportation provider under the applicable contract of carriage, charter party, or other shipping agreement.

4. Freight Forwarding and Logistics

The Company does not currently operate as a freight forwarder, carrier, warehouse operator, or physical logistics provider.

Where appropriate, commercial counterparties may independently engage third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, port agents, carriers, warehouse operators, or other service providers.

5. Shipping Arrangements

Specific shipping arrangements, including:

  • Vessel nomination;
  • Loading and discharge ports;
  • Laycan;
  • Freight;
  • Cargo quantity;
  • Loading and discharge terms;
  • Demurrage;
  • Charter party terms; and
  • Other operational matters

are governed by the relevant commercial and shipping agreements between the applicable parties.

6. Responsibility of Contracting Parties

The relevant vessel owner, carrier, charterer, cargo owner, or other contracting party remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations under the applicable shipping contract.

The Company does not guarantee the performance of any vessel, carrier, charterer, cargo owner, port, terminal, or other third party.

7. Website Information

Any vessel, cargo, port, freight, or shipping information displayed on our website is provided for B2B commercial and brokerage purposes.

Availability, specifications, freight indications, schedules, and other information may change and should be independently confirmed by the relevant parties before entering into a binding agreement.

8. Shipping Charges

The Company does not generally collect freight, cargo value, or transportation charges on behalf of clients.

Where the Company is contractually entitled to a brokerage commission, such commission is governed by the relevant brokerage or commercial agreement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
